This year's Carnival is on February 1st, 2025
The Carnival is a tradition in St. Claude that dates back generations. Our community comes together at the arena to enjoy the winter activities that take place throughout the winter season. Local sports teams (both Hockey and Broomball) are able to show off their skills to the community members who can be found cheering them on outside, or enjoying a delicious pancake breakfast inside! Public skating is offered on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, so bring your skates, bring your friends, and enjoy some time on the ice. If you've never been to the St.Claude Carnival, come on out to the arena in 2025 to see what its all about!
This year's carnival coincides with the Men's Bonspiel at the St. Claude and Haywood Curling Rink next door, so it will be a great opportunity to come and hang out with family and friends!
Public Skating
Public skating is free and open to the entire community. All ages are welcome, young and old. Bring your skates to get some exercise or let the kids skate while you catch up with friends inside!
The early season public skating dates are a little different, so be sure to check our calendar for public skating times before heading to the rink.
Sticks & Pucks
Do you need a little more than just plain old public skating? Come out to Sticks and Pucks, and bring your stick and puck! We've divided it up into 2 age groups. 12 & Under and 13 & Over age groups.
